Richard Lange  is  a  seasoned  professional  with  a  diploma  achievement  in finance from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) Montreal, B.B.A. and over 30 years of experience in international markets, specializing in project integration, management, venture capital and structured finance. He has played key roles in financing and listing companies on the Canadian Stock Exchange. Richard has served as an investment advisor for numerous private and public entities.

He has extensive board experience with organizations, contributing to audit and conformity committees. Richard has been involved in financial structuring for projects ranging from 75 million $ US to 800 million $ US, including airports, hydroelectric dams, and public transit systems. Richard specializes in asset financing, helping clients acquire essential assets by offering tailored solutions. His expertise includes structuring lease agreements and secured loans, providing flexibility to meet diverse financial needs enabling businesses to access funding while preserving cash flow. One of the aspects Richard is currently developing is the monetization of assets to generate capital that have a positive impact on people and projects.

His work spans due diligence and project evaluation in diverse locations worldwide, including North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Renowned for his integrity, management acumen, efficiency, and strong work ethic, Richard is passionate about fostering growth and organizational excellence in his ventures.
